I wanted to take a break from humans and machines so I thought flexing my creature sculpting skills would be a fun change of pace.

then I went through to make sure I blobbed out every part of the creature so I could then just focus on sculpting and not worry if I forgot anything.

This creature has lots of color variation and patterning that required hand painting, so I created this color picking image over the reference art in photoshop to make color picking in substance painter faster and more reliable.
